Guided Meditations
There are many kinds of meditations used for different purposes, but most fall into two groups: Contemplation (or Insight) and Concentration. Mirador's meditations are recorded by Rita in various settings. Some of these have elements of both types of meditation, and most include an emphasis on Mindfulness of Breath concentration. Some were recorded for a specific audience but are appropriate for general use. New meditations are added regularly.
Short Meditations
Guided Mindfulness of Breath (MoB) and Insight meditations less than15 minutes, suitable for beginning meditators
Long Meditations
Guided MoB and Insight meditations longer than15 minutes, suitable for meditators with some experience
